Rookie Camp

We are looking for both experienced and inexperienced athletes wanting to try something new, to join the Belfast Knights roster for the 2024 season. All are welcome.
Our first rookie camp session will take place at Malone RFC on Sunday 1st October from 10am to 12noon and will run every Sunday throughout October.

Need to Know

  • No previous experience is required
  • Belfast Knights train and play home games at Malone Rugby Club, Belfast
  • Season normally runs from March to July
  • Training takes place on Sundays from 10.00am to 1.00pm and Wednesdays from 7.00pm to 9.00pm
  • Helmets and pads will be provided for new players during their first season
